Four Consecutive Monday Evenings

Chair yoga, a gentle form of yoga that's done while seated or using a chair for balance, makes the practice more accessible. In chair yoga, it's possible to move into poses like cat/cow, warrior, sun salutations and forward folds, all while seated.

Instructor Theresa Bellettiere is a certified Yoga Teacher and Clinical Herbalist She did her formal studies at the American Yoga Academy in 2001. As a health and wellness educator Theresa's passion is teaching yoga, pilates, dance/ movement and mediation classes . Theresa has been sharing the joy, art and science of her classes with adults and children throughout the community. Her classes are fun, inspirational, educational, and create healthy communities who enjoy learning, working, and being together.
